Terms of Service for FiscalSmart

1. Introduction
These terms govern your use of the services, digital offerings, and physical items provided by FiscalSmart via fiscalsmarup.com.
2. Consulting Services
FiscalSmart provides tax optimization consulting that can be scheduled via our contact page. Appointment slots are subject to availability. You may reschedule or cancel up to 48 hours prior to the appointment without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be eligible for a refund.
In the event that FiscalSmart cancels an appointment, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.
3. Info Products
Info products include downloadable guides and online courses delivered via secure link. Access is granted immediately after confirmation. Due to the nature of digital delivery, refunds are not available once access is provided, except in cases of technical failure preventing access. Assistance requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
4. Physical Materials
Physical items, such as printed manuals or workbooks, will be shipped to the address provided at order. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the item is defective.
5. Refund Policy

To request a refund or reschedule a session, contact us at +34638553633 or via our contact page. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method. Late cancellations are not eligible for refund or reschedule.
5.2 Info Products
Requests for refunds due to technical issues must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be granted after access is provided. If you encounter an issue, we will provide support to restore access.
5.3 Physical Materials
To return an item, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs for returns are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective.
6. Changes to Terms
FiscalSmart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on fiscalsmarup.com with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
